Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

A proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

Gift cards.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.

Clear photos or video of the issue and the packaging.
We will evaluate the claim and arrange for a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
Return Shipping Costs

Our Mistake: If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us, WA 2233 LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy.
